If you’re wondering how you can add a little something special to, let’s say, your denim jeans or jacket, try embroidery. The trend is a nice nod to the ’70s, and we’re seeing it in every iteration imaginable this season, from florals to insect motifs… From dresses and skirts, to comfy sweaters , jeans and blouses, and stunning jackets, bags and shoes, you can find any piece you want with embroidery.

Embroidery is something that has been around a long time. So how to wear the embroidered trend? Choose a cotton poplin shirt with floral embroidery across the front and wear it loose over a pair of skinnies. On cooler days, pair it with an oversized jacket with floral  / fruits motifs. Alternatively, try wearing an oversized hoody beneath an embroidered denim jacket. Complete the outfit by adding high heels, ancle boots or suede over-the-knee boots. The classy shirts with flowers can be part from your casual as well as part from your more elegant combos. You can wear it to work with more classy pants and heels and to any other informal event with jeans. Both ways are fantastic and will make you look stylish and chic.

Playing around with the textures available this season will give your outfit extra texture and interest. Look at combining wool, cotton, leather, satin, velvet and denim to give your look a more individualized style. Whether you add texture for accents or as a focal point, your embroidery trend will be fresh and trendy this season.
