Hello, guys! Did you miss me? I did! I was working on some new projects that you’ll see soon on my blog. 🙂 Let’s talk about oversized coat today.

BIG is beautiful this autumn. Lots of designers offered exaggerated looks in their latest collections, with variety of the fabrics and colours choice. My mission today is to help you – how to wear such type of coat and combine it. I think the very first question that you will have – but, will an oversized coat work for me? Does it work for any body type regardless of you being an apple, pear or rectangle or curvy or petite? There are different ways of wearing this type of coat without looking like a ”bag lady”.

The first important factor is that for oversized coat you do not need an extra size, always take the regular size you wear because such type of coat is already created oversized. Determining the shoulder seam, make sure it doesn’t fall more than 2 inches below your actual shoulder.

About the length of an oversized coat, obviously every woman has their own personal preference. Some of you might think ankle-length coat is the most difficult to pull off, others would find this style is flattering. Especially for petite girls, your best length of an oversized coat maybe at the knee or even higher than that.

At the end I would like just ask you to be more open for experiments and not to be scared to improve something new in your life. Take care!
